1.1. Buyer – a natural or legal person who has purchased goods in the online store www.provincia.lt
1.2. Personal data processing rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) regulate the basic principles of collecting, processing, and storing personal data, which the Data Controller follows when processing the Buyer's personal data.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This privacy policy regulates the main principles and procedures for collecting, processing, and storing personal data of the www.provincia.lt electronic store (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) and www.provincia.lt customer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
2.2. The collection, processing, and storage of the Buyer's personal data are determined by this privacy policy, the Republic of Lithuania Law on Personal Data Protection, and other legal acts.
2.3. By providing their personal data on the e-store, you agree that the Data Controller will manage and process them for the purposes, measures, and procedures specified in this privacy policy and legal acts.

III. COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Data Controller adheres to the following fundamental principles of personal data processing:

3.2. The Data Controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of each Buyer who places an order on the www.provincia.lt online store. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name or surname, address, phone number, email address, and other information provided during the order placement) for processing orders or fulfilling other contractual obligations. When placing an order, the Customer may express their consent/disagreement regarding the use of their personal data for direct marketing purposes. They do so by checking (agree that their personal data will be used for direct marketing purposes) or not checking the box (disagree).

IV. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller's partners providing services related to the proper execution of the Buyer's order, such as delivery of goods or other services. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

V. REGISTRATION SUBMISSION RULES
5.1. The Buyer must provide full, comprehensive, and accurate information about themselves in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false, or misleading information in the registration form, the Data Controller has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration, delete data, or restrict the Buyer's access to the e-store.

VI. RULES AMENDMENT
6.1. The Data Controller has the right to partially or completely change the Rules by informing about it on the www.provincia.lt online store.
6.2. Amendments or changes to the Rules take effect from the date of their publication, i.e., from the date they appear on the www.provincia.lt online store.
6.3. If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, they have the right to reject it in writing.
6.4. If, after amending or changing the Rules, the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new version of the Rules.

VII. INFORMATION PROVISION AND STORAGE
7.1. All notifications related to the processing of personal data shall be submitted to the Data Controller by email at info@provincia.lt or by post.
7.2. The Data Controller responds in the same form in which the message or claim was received.
