REFUND POLICY

I. RETURN OF GOODS
When buying online or by other means of communication, the consumer is not able to inspect the goods properly and is therefore entitled to return them within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The returned goods must be unused and in good condition, and must be in the same condition as when received by the consumer, including the return of any gifts received for the purchase. It is important to provide proof of purchase at the same time. If the consumer wishes to exercise this right, he must inform the seller clearly and unambiguously.
If you wish to return the product, you must inform the seller by email at info@provincia.lt or by telephone at 8 624 95255 (9am to 5pm on weekdays). The buyer is responsible for the delivery of the returned product.
Importantly, when exercising the 14-day right of return, consumers sometimes indicate that the product is of poor quality or not as described. If the seller does not find the product defective, he has the right to reject your request, so we urge you to take a responsible approach to the reasons for returning the product and not to point out that it is not defective.

II. THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT DEFECTIVE GOODS:
2.1 If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, you have the right to bring one of the following claims of your choice:
2.1.1. to remedy the defects in the goods,
2.1.2. to replace the faulty product,
2.1.3. to reduce the price of the goods,
2.1.4. a refund of the price paid (not valid for minor defects).


III. HOW TO RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED FROM WWW.PROVINCIA.LT E-SHOP?
3.1. Safely package the item to be returned and send it to the following address: Užgirėlio St. 27A-1, Vijūkai, Kaunas region, Lithuania.
3.2. Money for returned items is transferred within 10 business days from the delivery of the items to the online store.
